Terms and Conditions

All items in my gift shop are handmade.  That means there can be small "imperfections" in an item and no two items are exactly identical.  

There are no returns or exchanges.  Because your item is made specifically for you, payment is needed in advance.  Please allow me 10-14 days to make your item, and I will be sure to get in contact with you if I have questions.
